Looks like an orgy dp or orgy double penetration shot to me. Or at least that’s the first thing I would think to call it in one of our reviews when we happen upon such a positional setup in one of the films we screen.
Just a thought, if someone has a better syntax reference I’m certainly looking forward to reading the suggestions, who knows who ever though of the term “Daisy Chain” for a line up of guys blowing and/or rimming each other certainly proved to be both a memory and creative bit of phrasology, something fun might arise with this one as well!
